One of the interesting things I found out with Vista is when the Vundo Fix tries to remove the Vundo .dll files, it simply hangs and reboots (and does not delete the files).
I had to push F8 as if I was going to safe mode and chose the “repair computer” option that boots an independent version of Windows from Vista. It gives me access to the main drive vista is installed in and I am able to delete the Files. I can then go to HijackThis and remove registry enteries (or I can just delete them manually).
So basically, I needed VundoFix to locate where some of the vundo info is at, repair mode to actually delete some of the files that could not be deleted , and hijack this to clean some registry values (or manually cleaned them).
