Right click the Task Bar, select Toolbars and then select Quick Launch.
The second way is to right click the Task Bar, choose Properties, and then check next to “Show Quick Launch.”

The Quick Launch toolbar will appear, with a default mail program, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Outlook, Show Desktop, Windows Media Player and icon.
